Organizational Structure
The management structure of KCSCSI includes a Board of Directors composed of nine (9) local county residents. Responsibilities of the Board of Directors include amending the Bylaws if necessary, and electing additional members for the board. The Board of Directors must approve all activities undertaken by KCSCSI including fiscal and budgetary policies.

Staff
The KCSCSI and Star Transit organizations maintain a staff of approximately fifty (50) persons working at the central office and five remote centers and offices. This includes an Executive Director, two (2) departmental directors, six (6) site directors, a paraprofessional, as well as administrative and technical staff. Our staff includes:
